Our Mission
Legacy Logix is on a mission to reduce the burden of managing and settling Estates. Founded in 2023, we created our software platform in direct response to the challenges we had settling our own family Estates: too much confusion, too many obstacles, too much time and money. All of which could have been avoided if we had been better prepared.
We’re all conditioned to avoid the topic of what to do when our loved ones leave us, which sets us up for conflict and chaos when the time comes. It’s made even worse by the confusion of settlement process itself. Unless we want to pay for someone else to do it for us, there is little help available.
Our company is focused on filling this gap. While we’ll never be able to address the pain of loss, we can certainly reduce the settlement chaos that follows.
Our Solution
We began with a solution to make it easier for Estate holders to organize, monitor, and manage their Estates. All in a centralized platform that can easily transition to successors when it’s time. If successors know that everything is up to date and readily accessible, they can eliminate one of the most painful parts of their settlement duties: figuring out the state of the Estate.
We then added capabilities to help successors navigate through the settlement process, tracking information, assets and activities within the same platform. This gives executors what they’ve been missing: a bit of education, a structure for moving through the process, and a place to document everything.
Our Leadership
David is Co-Founder and CEO of Legacy Logix. A serial software entrepreneur, David loves figuring out how technology can be applied to solve challenging problems. He also served as executor of his parents’ Estate, giving him first hand experience with this challenge.
